The company uses groundbreaking technology to help people with disabilities do things they never thought possible. Fredrik has gathered the world's greatest minds in technology. Together, they are giving a mother who lost her voice to ALS the ability to say "I love you" to her child again. In 2014, Fredrik was named Health Promotion Manager of the Year by the Swedish magazine "Chef". He goes his own way to create high-performing and healthy organizations. A journey that has taken him to Tokyo, Singapore, and New York. His next career move might be to become a teacher or a full-time sea scout.

Daniel Gadd

Has become Dagens Industri's poster boy for sustainability. He is CEO and founder of Position Green. Early on they saw the need to digitize sustainability reports, and the company has since grown into an international sustainability giant. This is a leader who is building the companies of the future while working just as hard to find balance in his life.

Anna Conneryd Lundgren

Anna saw no obstacles on her way to the top. With a combination of brain and heart, she stepped into the role of Chief People Officer at the large cap company Elekta. Elekta brings together some 5,000 employees to help healthcare and the world cure cancer with laser radiation. Anna loves the concept of psychological safety as a complement to the tools she learned as a strategy consultant. Let's see if she can get thousands of dedicated engineers to do the same.

Henrik Landelius

Executive Vice President at NCC, leading the Business Area Building Sweden with ~3000 employees to be at the forefront when it comes to finding the balance between innovating the industry and still maintaining operational excellence and financial stability. Despite difficult times in an industry deeply affected by the macro challenges, Henrik is role modelling future leadership in a traditional industry – having a high focus on societal contribution with people in focus. An exciting new journey awaits as the CEO of Areim next year.

Michel Thornéus

The Olympic medalist who made the longest jump of his career - from the pit to the business world. In recent years, he's won Swedish Mästarnas Mästare, danced on Let's Dance, been an expert commentator and TV host, and now works in PR for companies like Amazon and Tre. Michel grew up in the suburbs and while building a great career, friends have been lost to gang violence. His own main weapon is kindness.

Niclas Almén

Assistant professor and behavioral psychologist who has developed a stress and strain recovery method (BRIGHT-recovery), which has demonstrated higher efficiency than any other scientifically tested recovery method in the world. The method is described in the book "The Recovery guide - feel good despite stress and pressure" which has been appreciated by thousands of people.The methodology is now to be further researched and implemented. Niclas main commitment right now is to help companies and the public sector organize for effective recovery, so that all employees can both feel good and perform at their peak.

Walker Kinman

The humble American CEO who took the LMK Group, today Cheffelo, public. He is a leader whose intelligence and calm create the conditions for those around him to grow. Walker prefers to talk about his weaknesses rather than his strengths. He believes in bringing together different perspectives and listening to each individual. His daughter says she gets her sense of humour from her mother, but the well-dressed American showed up in a jacket and swim shorts when he gathered the whole company for a conference after receiving feedback that he was too professional.

Ted Falkman

Former factory manager at Göteborgs Kex, who had one of the most difficult jobs in the Swedish industrial sector. Due to consolidation within the group, it was decided to close the 130-year-old factory in Kungälv. All employees at the plant were immediately told that they would be laid off, not now, but in five years when a new factory would be built. In the meantime, production would continue at Kungälv. Together, Ted and management managed the unlikely task of increasing engagement and productivity, and now, almost five years later, they have helped almost all the previous employees find new jobs. Quit with the flag at the top has a new face - Ted's!

Chisom Udeze

A seasoned Economist and three-time founder, brings over 14 years of leadership experience, driving organizational change and sustainable impact. With a global perspective from working in seven countries across three continents, she excels in uncertain environments. Collaborating with entities like the European Commission and The United Nations, she is adept at building relationships with diverse stakeholders. As the founder of Diversify and Diversify Consult, she spearheads the development of sustainable Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) strategies for companies, governments, and civil society. Notably, Diversify launched the Diversify Nordics Summit in 2022, a significant conference advancing DEIB in the Nordics. Chisom's commitment to inclusivity extends to HerSpace, a co-creation community, and HerTech, a Women in Tech incubator launched in 2022, prioritizing diversity in leadership. A thought leader in DEIB and advocate for mental health, her writings on these topics, featured in Forbes, underscore her influence.

Emma Bauer

An experienced leader with a warm heart and a passion for technology, products and people. Always believes in "team before self" and is a strong culture carrier. She is an obvious star in Tobii's management team, responsible for different customer segments, products, and strategies. Ask her about the possibilities of eye tracking and the discussion will go on for hours! Originally from Dalarna, she is tough as they come and has incredible stamina - both physically and mentally.

Hanna Moisander

Curious and forward-thinking entrepreneur and investor with 15 years of experience in digital transformation, leadership and business development. Founder of the board program deb. (CEO) and the tech innovation agency Hedy Tech, as well as a member of several boards and Maya invest. Entered the boardroom at the age of 23, where she built a career both internationally and in a public environment, as well as in the role of chairperson of the board.

Carl Olsson

Carl is the unassuming talent who returned to SBAB from the fintech industry because of the company's strong culture and leadership. For the past year, Carl has taken on the role of CFO for Sweden's fifth-largest mortgage company. He is an expert at explaining the complex in a simple way, and receives constant feedback on this from both the board and employees (he was happiest when he was compared to his great idol Hans Rosling). Parental leave and vacation have been a given, even with this new challenge.

Meg Tivéus

From Sweden's first female CEO at the age of 24 to one of Sweden's most successful female leaders and a charismatic boardroom professional. The list of her vast experience is long, with senior positions and CEO roles in the Åhlens Group, Holmen, Posten and Svenska Spel, among others - and many board assignments. Today, Meg enjoys helping family businesses succeed and voluntarily working in organizations such as Vadstenaakademien and Nordiska Museet. Meg has mentored half the business community; at 79, she is still driven to create the future!

A curious and humble generalist, who over the past 20 years has taken on challenging leadership roles in various industries such as Bank manager, Head of People, Sales Manager, and Startup Operations. A caring and valued leader with integrity who consistently prioritizes well-being, work environment and psychosocial safety as the best way for sustainable success. Strongly believes that a leaders most important task is to support and create the right conditions for staff to thrive and grow in their role and career. Today he holds the position as CSM at Svensk Byggtjänst, a knowledge-based company for the civil engineering sector.

Mia Ahlberg

As a Midwife and Associate Professor, over the past decade, I've seamlessly blended scientific research with leadership roles in pregnancy and childbirth care. In my role at Karolinska University Hospital, I spearheaded the implementation and evaluation of "Min Barnmorska," a groundbreaking continuity of care model for pregnancy and childbirth that is now a benchmark in Sweden. I've scientifically demonstrated the inadequacy of using population means to document labour, advocating for more personalized care based on the understanding that women experience labour uniquely. My superpower lies in making complex issues understandable, fostering teamwork, and driving positive change.

Alireza Tajbakhsh

With over 15+ years of experience leading digital and cultural transformations at major media and tech companies, Ali helped reposition MTG's broadcasting operations into a streaming powerhouse and grew Omnicom Media Group Sweden into the country's largest and most awarded agency group. Today as VetFamily's CEO, Ali is now building the world's fastest-growing veterinary service platform, empowering over 7,000 clinics globally. He loves assembling strong, purpose driven, teams and helping traditional companies excel through the combination of leadership and technology. Ali also serves on several boards, enjoys playing and watching football, and spending time with his family outside of work.

Anders Ekstrand

A psychologist specialized in performance psychology. He works with the Swedish Olympic Committee making sure our top elite athletes and coaches produce top performances and are long term sustainable. He was one of the founders of the world's first psychiatric clinic for elite athletes, Mottagningen för Elitidrott och Hälsa and has worked with national teams and numerous World and Olympic Champions. Through Move Psychology he is helping organisations and leaders outside the world of sports with performance and sustainability.

Mikael Mattsson

CEO of svexa, a company that creates algorithms and AI solutions to support sports and health optimization. The company was founded in 2018 and has now ~40 employees in 7 countries. He is also a PhD, a Senior Researcher at Stanford University, and an Expert in Digital Health at RISE (Research Institutes of Sweden). He works in the intersection between biological sciences, technology and data, and practical implementations, and he has extensive experience working with elite athletes and scientific research, has written several books, and held over 300 presentations worldwide. Despite being "over the hill", he also participates in expeditions and adventure races such as crossing Greenland on skis and Adventure Racing World Championships in Paraguay.

Mike Helber

Born and raised in the USA yet has been involved in Swedish ice hockey for the last 30 years – 10 years as a professional hockey player, 14 years as CEO of the SHL club Linköping HC and 6 years as a TV commentator. In 2020, a new challenge arrived which required a new mindset - learning how to lead as the least knowledgeable person in Biototal Group with regards to all products and services. Biototal Group has set a path to improve our environment by reusing organic materials. The challenge required is to build and expand an organization based on trust and an environment of making decisions always in conjunction with customers.

Hani Movahed

A tech enthusiast with a passion for art, seamlessly blends innovation and creativity. As the youngest sales director at TietoEvery, Movahed's strategic vision propelled him to new heights, marked by patents that likely influence your daily tech experiences. Now, as the founder and CEO of Eppow, his three-year-old venture boasts a remarkable GMV of 10M€, a testament to his entrepreneurial prowess.

Matilda Westerman

An accomplished writer of five books focused on children's literature. She has participated in creating the best trust figures a Green Party leader has ever had, in getting the Swedish government to give 7 billion to companies engaged in the cultural- and event sector and in tributing to a historic win for the teacher’s union in the contracting movement 2012. Apart from what I do for a living, I am also the chairwoman for Majblomman in Stockholm, an organisation dedicated to fighting the financial vulnerability of children in Sweden.

Daniel Hörnqvist

Passion about building e-commerce companies in the fashion and outdoor category. Currently CEO of Frank Dandy, chairman of Nordic Netstores AB and board member of Nelly.com. His go-to-market approach combines the Nordic brand touch and feel and a high focus on sales and marketing KPIs. A former downhill mountain biker who now combines free-skiing and marathon /ultrarunning with a 100km in the book and on the mission for a 100 miler.

Henric Smolak

An industrial engineer who co-founded Strossle back in 2013, a native advertising platform, which got acquired by Azerion in 2021. Today Henric works as Country Manager at Azerion and also runs one of Sweden’s biggest tech podcast called ”Under 15” where he interview various professionals in a specific topic every Monday in a compressed format of fifteen minutes. He is also the co-founder of Deglabbet (pizzeria) who runs 4 restaurants in Stockholm and have recently launched frozen pizza/dough for the retail market. Henric has also become more active as an angel investor.

Alireza Malakuti

Managing Director of Women’s Health and Allied Health Professionals at Karolinska University Hospital. Experienced, collaborative, and goal-oriented leader. As a manager and leader, Alireza possesses extensive expertise in business and financial management, as well as innovation and organizational development. An approachable leader with a strong background in management. Alireza is a board member for Pharmacists Without Borders Sweden, a non-profit organization working towards improved pharmaceutical supply and medication use in low-income countries. Joy at Work is one of the key focal points of Alireza's leadership.

Emma Korn

A driven and unconventional little sister who rarely withheld her own opinion. CEO-trainee, management consultant and fintech in her CV - without having to learn how to use Excel. Instead, her drive and moral compass led to her being hired by several bold entrepreneurs who have experienced exactly how short her patience for “status quo” is. She brought her own femtech- platform Hollie to life in 2022 with the mission of raising awareness and enabling preventive health management for women suffering from thyroid issues, which also took her through the VC incubator Antler. Earlier this year, she joined as the Head of Operations at the famous Swedish clothing rocket company Djerf Avenue, which achieved a revenue of $34.5 million last year, only three years after its founding in 2019.

Johnny Oduya

Former top-level athlete with over 1000 played professional hockey games and winner of the Stanley Cup twice with the Chicago Blackhawks. Johnny has succeeded, where many athletes fail, in finding meaning post-retirement. As the founder of hale, a multisided market platform for Breathwork, he loves self-improvement and teaching stress management tools to athletes and business professionals. He also founded the performance apparel brand ATUNYA with the mission to expanding and develop the world of hockey into a more diverse environment.

Karin Christensson

The farmer's daughter from rural West Sweden who worked as a singer in Paris, a fishmonger in London and as a healthcare management consultant in Stockholm. As a psychologist she likes to treat the system before the person, and as a democracy nerd she wants to rebuild the everyday communities and resilience we’ve lost in modern society. By reenvisioning the role and possibilities of the institutional backbone of our childrens’ journey, maternity care all the way up to high school, she is creating a new base for community and empowerment of the adult population. She is working closely with a large network of local experimenters but also thought leaders across a range of industries. Everyone and every corner of society is needed for this sizable task so please join her if inspired!

Marit Bo Bornstein

Experienced and passionate leader with a broad background from different top management positions such as CEO, CIO and consultancy business. She loves building, developing and transforming businesses with focus on building strong teams. She has always worked close to and with IT and technology as an enabler and to eliminate the borders between business and IT. Her leadership philosophy is trust, transparency and to build a safe work environment where people can grow and dare to push themselves and the team outside their comfort zone. She is born (and raised) in Norway with skis and a backpack on, nature is where she recharges her batteries and find peace to her soul alone or together with family and friends.

Stina Lundgren Högbom

She has extensive experience working with startups in different roles at the Center for Sports and Business at SSE, Sting (Stockholm Innovation and Growth), and KTH Innovation. In her different roles, she thrives in connecting startups with future customers and investors. As a part of her passion for startups and innovation, she has founded several Swedish and international networks within SportsTech and advises academic centers and sports federations. Her love for health and coaching has taken her to board rooms, rainy evenings at running tracks, and European Championships for youths in JJIF fighting. She has a PhD in Medical Biochemistry and Biophysics from Karolinska Institute.

Ellen Tjälldin

Ellen is an inspirational, empathic and experienced leader in the tech/medtech industry. She has a great passion and expertise within innovation and product management, and she loves building high performing teams and organizations. At the moment, she is very curious about AI and the possibilities within healthcare.

Magnus Kuchler

Magnus is the Country Managing Partner and Chairman of the Board of EY Sweden with 3,700 people and 48 offices from north to south in Sweden. Magnus has been working as a management consultant for 27 years and specialized in building true partnerships between companies using the Vested business model and also driving the development within workplace of the future. He is passionate about helping clients and make sure EY is in the very forefront when it comes to Sustainability, DE&I, Wellbeing, Digitization and Future of Work.

Johan Cahling

Tove Lindahl Greve

With a professional background in the Swedish Security Services, Tove has held leading positions in several non-profit organisations such as Ung Cancer and MajblommornasRiksförbund, where she was General Canceler. In 2022 she founded Ansvaret – a company building and implementing tailor-made solutions that strengthen corporate social responsibility and making it easy for business to be socially responsible and ensuring impact.

Therese is a celebrated figure in professional swimming, renowned for her multiple Olympic appearances and numerous world championships. She is the first female swimmer to participate in six Olympic games. Despite initial self-doubts, she achieved unparalleled success in the sport, leaving an enduring legacy as an accomplished athlete. Her impressive swimming performances include setting numerous records, consistently pushing her limits, and becoming a role model for aspiring swimmers. Filippa Reinfeldt

Filippa Reinfeldt's illustrious career spans over four decades, marked by her unyielding commitment to enhancing personal freedom and choice. From early roles in Stockholm's municipal council to representing Täby within the Moderaterna party, she instigated ground-breaking healthcare reforms, introducing private child emergency care semi-private maternity clinics and improving healthcare accessibility. Klas Danielsson

Klas is an experienced business leader with business building and entrepreneurship as a talent and competence. Strongly value-driven and purpose-driven business leader. Klas has founded, built and transformed businesses primarily in banking and finance. He was one of Sweden's first Fintech entrepreneurs and has +25 years of experience from corporate management positions as founder, CEO, chairman of the board and board member. You probably know him from his 7 passionate years as the CEO of SBAB.

Simon Elvnäs

Occupational therapist, master's degree in ergonomics and PhD at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Since 2010, he has been running an acclaimed research project that studies the actual behavior of leaders and managers. The research is driven by finding ways for sustainable and evidence-based behavioral development in businesses and organizations. New and important knowledge has been developed that can increase the effect of leadership in line with the organization's goals. With over 300 lectures and training days per year, Simon Elvnäs is a well-established and highly renowned lecturer and keynote speaker both in Sweden and abroad.

Henrik Järleskog

Henrik is European Head of Strategy & right hand to the CEO in the 18th largest employer worldwide in family-controlled French stock listed Sodexo. His region covers 24 billion SEK in Revenues, spans over 16 countries & employs over 50.000 employees. Sodexo serves globally around 100 million people daily. Henrik is instrumental in shaping the Future of Food & the Future of Work and has become one of Dagens Industris & the magazine Chefs posternames within modern leadership. In addition to his corporate role, he co-founded the start-up accelerator Sparx. Over the past decade he has had Swedish industrialist Tore Bertilsson, current IKEA board member and former CFO of SKF, as his mentor. Martina Sahl

In the midst of maternity leave, Martina decided to start her own company. Three months later she launched her first Eldstickan product and the rest is history. She has gone from promoting her products in home-décor stores whilst pushing a stroller, to her products being a design staple in many Swedish homes. She is also an experienced Key Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the internet industry at companies such as Hitta.seand Prisjakt.

Felicia Grosin

Felicia is the psychologist who took a detour through engineering physics before finding the right path. Psychology turned out to be the perfect match between complex problem solving and the strong values of helping people and contributing to a better society. Her career skyrocketed and she quickly became the COO of a startup. One of her main weapons is the combination of brain and heart, and she is a master at building psychological safety. Among her achievements is the national junior soccer team, but today she prefers to spend time on a surfboard in the ocean!

Adam O'Neill Holcher

Originally from San Francisco, California, Adam has lived and worked in Europe (Sweden, London, Rome) for over 20 years. As a specialist in strategic communication and personal impact, Adam has worked with management teams around the world, training and coaching managers and employees on how to increase their impact to influence the strategic direction of the organization. Adam is extremely curious and loves exploring new ways of looking at the world and sharing his knowledge with others. He truly believes that every individual has a unique talent and is passionate about making the people around him shine.

Richard Hede

The economist who wanted to use politics to make people feel better. He did the math and realized that the impact would be greater if you instead helped people where they spend most of their waking hours - at work. He then decided to become a psychologist and combine statistics with behavioral science. He has been "doing the math of people" as a management consultant for a little over 8 years and has also worked as COO & HR manager at a couple of start-ups, and before that he worked in various roles as a political advisor. Richard is the shining R&D star of People Heart Business!

Brita Helleberg

Brita is a psychologist who broadened her horizons and started studying at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) to make a bigger difference in business and society. With an incredible drive and sense of purpose, Brita takes on one challenge after another. In addition to many years of experience as a leadership consultant, Brita has also been Head of Communications at Psykologifabriken, built a psychological gym and written numerous articles to spread positive psychology. Today she is a natural part of People Heart Business' DNA.

Oscar Strömberg

Oscar is the new rising talent at People Heart Business. With a background as a semi-professional basketball player - having represented the Swedish National Youth Basketball Team on several occasions and winning two Swedish National Championships, he continued his academic career at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE). After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics, he joined People Heart Business full time. Oscar has a great appetite for learning and strives to combine financial and strategic knowledge with psychology.

Caroline Jonsson

The horseriding coach with 10+ years working within professional ice hockey and an MBA from Sydney Business School is now studying psychology and doing her internship at People Heart Business. Besides her studies, she works for the Alliance of the European Hockey Clubs with her side project to build a tournament for Women’s Hockey Clubs in Europé. Moreover, she has lived and worked and studied in 5 countries and 10+ different cities in Sweden.

Klara Ljungqvist

Klara is hard to describe in words, you have to experience her to understand. Experience her as a leader, as a coach, as a colleague, and most of all as a fellow human being. She makes people grow and become the best version of themselves. She is the psychologist and former elite athlete with more than 10 years of experience in leadership team development for some of Sweden's largest companies, the invaluable coach to thousands of leaders in Sweden and internationally, and the top performer who completed her first Ironman in 10:46. In the middle of the pandemic and the toddler years, she followed her dream and started People Heart Business with the humble ambition to revolutionize the business world - where we get the best out of people and succeed in both top performance and well-being.
