Due to consolidation within the group, it was decided to close the 130-year-old factory in Kungälv. All employees at the plant were immediately told that they would be laid off, not now, but in five years when a new factory would be built. In the meantime, production would continue at Kungälv. Together, Ted and management managed the unlikely task of increasing engagement and productivity, and now, almost five years later, they have helped almost all the previous employees find new jobs. Her career skyrocketed and she quickly became the COO of a startup. One of her main weapons is the combination of brain and heart, and she is a master at building psychological safety. Among her achievements is the national junior soccer team, but today she prefers to spend time on a surfboard in the ocean!

Adam O'Neill Holcher

Originally from San Francisco, California, Adam has lived and worked in Europe (Sweden, London, Rome) for over 20 years. As a specialist in strategic communication and personal impact, Adam has worked with management teams around the world, training and coaching managers and employees on how to increase their impact to influence the strategic direction of the organization. Adam is extremely curious and loves exploring new ways of looking at the world and sharing his knowledge with others. Richard Hede

The economist who wanted to use politics to make people feel better. He did the math and realized that the impact would be greater if you instead helped people where they spend most of their waking hours - at work. He then decided to become a psychologist and combine statistics with behavioral science. He has been "doing the math of people" as a management consultant for a little over 8 years and has also worked as COO & HR manager at a couple of start-ups, and before that he worked in various roles as a political advisor. Brita Helleberg

Brita is a psychologist who broadened her horizons and started studying at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE) to make a bigger difference in business and society. With an incredible drive and sense of purpose, Brita takes on one challenge after another. In addition to many years of experience as a leadership consultant, Brita has also been Head of Communications at Psykologifabriken, built a psychological gym and written numerous articles to spread positive psychology. Today she is a natural part of People Heart Business' DNA.

Oscar Strömberg

Oscar is the new rising talent at People Heart Business. With a background as a semi-professional basketball player - having represented the Swedish National Youth Basketball Team on several occasions and winning two Swedish National Championships, he continued his academic career at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE). After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics, he joined People Heart Business full time. Oscar has a great appetite for learning and strives to combine financial and strategic knowledge with psychology.

Caroline Jonsson

The horseriding coach with 10+ years working within professional ice hockey and an MBA from Sydney Business School is now studying psychology and doing her internship at People Heart Business. Besides her studies, she works for the Alliance of the European Hockey Clubs with her side project to build a tournament for Women’s Hockey Clubs in Europé. Moreover, she has lived and worked and studied in 5 countries and 10+ different cities in Sweden.

Klara Ljungqvist

Klara is hard to describe in words, you have to experience her to understand. Experience her as a leader, as a coach, as a colleague, and most of all as a fellow human being. She makes people grow and become the best version of themselves. She is the psychologist and former elite athlete with more than 10 years of experience in leadership team development for some of Sweden's largest companies, the invaluable coach to thousands of leaders in Sweden and internationally, and the top performer who completed her first Ironman in 10:46.
